Your card is charged on the day you place the order. If you return the purchase, we will refund the amount of the item the day we receive it at Vensel Enterprises.

Do I pay shipping for parts I return to Vensel Enterprises?
If you have to return the part because we made a mistake, you don't pay shipping.
For all other returns, we refund the full amount of the part. We do not reimburse for shipping charges to return the package to Vensel Enterprises.
Where do I return items? Are there items that cannot be returned?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (warranties will be honored).
- Any item that has been installed (warranties will be honored).
- Any item that has been disassembled or tampered with.
